Tan Apparels aspires to diversify their existing manufacturing line of Women formal garments to casual wear. For this the company needed to revisit its branding strategies that also meant fresh Identity. The Company’s Name is derived from the founder’s name and may be used for further brand lines such as kids wear, teen wear and men’s wear. Further they wanted to keep the appeal international, fashionable & elegant. With strong vision of launching their own branded label, Tan Apparels desired to have a unique brand identity.
We initiated the design process by researching on company’s history, studying the existing customer base and attitude of new age women. Garment Industry being a cluttered space, the conceptual stage went through few rounds for deciding on clean, fresh ideas that would reflect the uniqueness of brand, namely, trendy, premium and chic. Finally, visualization of remarkable logo got depicted in an illustration of garment cut out in form of “TAN” with a sleek cursive font to emphasize on royal and premium clothing for women.
